CEDT36 Yoga -12Hours
This series will cover the basics of Yoga. Each class will go carefully and slowly over the basics such as salutes, relaxation techniques and breathing, as well as poses and applied aspects of the physical and meditational side of yoga. Whether you are and athlete or totally out of shape, young or old, these classes each week well enable you to learn safely (even in a chair if needed) what yoga really is (a scientific technology of mind, body, and breath) and how you can incorporate it for improvements in circulation, muscle tone, bone strength, as well as nerve and glandular strength.
