BUA 131 Business Law I 3 credits
Presents the nature of contracts including offer and acceptance, consideration, voidable contracts, unenforceable contracts, performance of contracts, rights of third parties, discharge of contracts and remedies for breach, and includes a section dealing with judicial procedure, torts, and administrative law.
