All financial aid recipients must meet Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress standards. Students are reviewed at the end of each term to assure these standards are met.  Failure to meet the standards will result in cancellation of financial assistance.  It is the student's responsibility to stay in good academic standing to assure financial aid will be available to them.

Terms and Definitions related to student Financial Aid at Eastern Maine Community College

Students must meet required financial aid Standards of Academic Progress to continue to receive financial assistance while attending EMCC.  

An Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID) gives you access to Federal Student Aid's online systems and serves as your legal signature.  Use this handy sheet to collect the information you'll need to set up your FSA ID.
