The following forms should be used by students who have completed a 2024-2025 FAFSA and are enrolling Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025

All financial aid recipients must meet Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress standards. Students are reviewed at the end of each term to assure these standards are met. Failure to meet the standards will result in cancellation of financial assistance. It is the student's responsibility to stay in good academic standing to assure financial aid will be available to them.
Planning to take classes Summer 2024 and need financial assistance? Complete this form and return it to the Financial Aid Office finaid@emcc.edu or drop it off in the Katahdin Hall Enrollment Center.

Students must meet required financial aid Standards of Academic Progress to continue to receive financial assistance while attending EMCC.
An Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID) gives you access to Federal Student Aid's online systems and serves as your legal signature. Use this handy sheet to collect the information you'll need to set up your FSA ID.
This form should be completed with an advisor when you submit an Academic Appeal for Reinstatement of Financial Aid. To contact your advisor view My Advisor (under Current Student) or email advising@emcc.edu for assistance with this form.
